VENICE, CA — While Venice has enjoyed some sizable surf this winter, it’s not every day that it goes off like it’s 1997.Good that consumer video cameras were plentiful back then. Good that a couple of Swede transplants happened to have one such cam at the beach one late millennium El Nino day. Good there were good surfers out.
